Best and Worst in Technology

Published: 20/06/2009 by Bob Johnson

As technology evolves, we will provide you with information that you need to make great business decisions. We want you to get the benefits and avoid the problems when making tech choices.

In this edition, we will report on 2 companies. One company is the best in its industry and another company at the worst in its industry.

We will start with the Apple and its iPhone which speaks for itself. This week Apple released the iPhone 3Gs and people were waiting in long line to be among the first owners of this amazing product. Since the introduction of the first iPhone, this product has been the leader in its class. The iPhone is also supported by Cisco WebEx live teleconferencing. The WebEx application is a free download for iPhone users. The Apple iPhone users that we talked with are the most satisfied of all mobile phone users that we have interviewed.

Unfortunately our 2nd company, AJ Square Inc has earned our Worst in Class for poor software design, many programming flaws, sub-standard outsourcing services, sub-standard customer service and very bad technical support. AJ Square is known for classified software and other web packages. We monitored clients who have submitted many requests of problems to their support group and online support system with response delays and many of the reported problems are ignored without resolutions. Don’t waist your time and money with AJ Square’s products and services.

Return for our future news report that will include: Microsoft’s New Windows Version 7, VMWare Workstation, Laptop Computers, Cell Phone Service Providers and Internet Service Providers.
